Manitoba, the province of Central Canada is slowly gaining popularity among the migrant workers. The provincial nominee program allows skilled workers with a job, and few nominated without any job offer.

Manitoba labour market requires 1, 67, 700 jobs for the period between 2016 and 2022. The large scale requirement of foreign skilled workers meant to fill the gap of labour replacement and expansion. The strategy also aims to create a business-friendly atmosphere to encourage foreign entrepreneurs.
